August is National Immunization Awareness Month and Prospect Medical would like to remind you and your loved ones to get immunized! Immunizations are an important part of your health that begin soon after birth and continue throughout your life-span. Immunizations have helped eradicate many serious life-threatening illnesses and have reduced the number of outbreaks of pertussis (whooping cough), measles and diphtheria.
